Delivery and Returns

Info: Thank you for visiting our website, our online shop will open on the 1st February 2027.

Timelines: We value quality over quantity and our lead times reflect this. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of a conformation of a purchase order and your personalisation details, for your custom engraved item to be dispatched.

Delivery: We deliver to the UK and Ireland and to ensure your package arrives safely and securely all orders will be delivered using fully tracked Royal Mail Services.

Damage or Faulty Items: If your items arrives damaged in transit or with an engraving error made by us, we will make it right. You must report any issues to us within 48hrs of delivery along with a clear photograph of the problem so we can arrange a priority replacement for you.

Personalisation and Returns Policy: Because all our engraved wood products are personalised to your unique specifications they will be exempt from standard UK and Ireland distance selling cancellation rights.

Double Check: Please double-check all: spellings and dates carefully before confirming your order, we engrave exactly what you provide.

Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds if you change your mind once production on your custom engraved piece has begun.
